Returns Policy
We make every effort to describe the products on our shopping cart. We sell products for professional horseshoers, and assume that as professionals they are familiar with the products. We understand that on occasion mistakes in ordering will happen. We want to extend every courtesy possible to our customers. We would like a phone call (636-463-7211) prior to returning any item. That saves both of us a lot of grief and hassle. Here is our simple return policy.
- Items to be returned must be in new condition and must be returned with prior approval within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which may be waived if returned as described above.
- Credit cards will be refunded for merchandise. Original shipping costs and return shipping cost must be borne by purchaser.
